Choose from three exciting season

• the Sunshine Weeks (March, April, and May)
• the Festival Weeks (October, November, December, January, and February)
• and the Adventure Weeks (June, July, August, and September)

Features include

• 1 week stay per year within a specific season for 25 years. May be divided into a 4-day and 3-day accommodations within the chosen season
• May assign accommodation benefit(s) to any person(s) of his choice
• May sublease accommodation benefit(s) to hotel operator, getting revenues on his subleased weeks
• Up to 4 persons in a Golf Hotel suite
• No maintenance dues
• May be exchanged with Interval International
• May play at the Fairways & Bluewater golf course if he is sponsored by a Club member and pays the required fees

Mulligan Golf Hotel Shares

Terms:
Option 1 - Cash payment: 12% discount

Option 2 - 24% or 30% outright down payment: 7% discount

Option 3 - 24% or 30% down payment within 7 days: 5% discount

For the remaining balance of the 24% or 30% down payment option:
5 years to pay at 16% interest p.a. or 10 years to pay at 18% interest p.a.
